The ERA Home Protection Plan is an exclusive ERA® program that will protect you in the event of breakdowns due to normal wear and tear in the covered major mechanical systems in your home such as the water heater, furnace, central cooling, exposed duct work, built-in appliances, electrical wiring, interior plumbing system and fixtures.During the first full year in your new home, if you have a claim on a covered system or appliance, experts are available to help you 24 hours a day, seven days a week to complete your repairs quickly and professionally.
